• Unauthorized use of the User’s account resulting from loss, theft, disclosure, or improper handling of access credentials not attributable to Arena Festival;
• Inability to complete a purchase or use a ticket due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the User, payment method errors, rejection by financial institutions, or non-compliance with requirements for acquiring or using services.

Nothing in this clause shall be construed as a waiver or limitation of rights recognized to consumers under applicable law, nor shall it exclude or limit Arena Festival’s liability where legally attributable under the Federal Consumer Protection Law and other applicable provisions.

Intellectual and Industrial Property
