I purchased a ticket for the 2021 Edition, is it valid for 2022?  

All your tickets will be transferred automatically to our 2022 edition. 

I purchased a ticket and I did not receive my confirmation email.

Send us a request to [email protected] providing the email you used for your purchase and we will send it again. 

I don't find my reservación in my mailbox, what should I do?

All reservation emails came from the ticketing company: BOLETIA, search on your mailbox using that word. 

Can I transfer my ticket to another person? 

Yes, you can.  First, you need ARENA authorization, send us an email to  [email protected], highlighting you want to transfer your ticket, fees may apply and will be communicated via email.

I made a purchase for more than 1 ticket and all of them are under my name, however, I will not arrive the same day to the festival as my other guest.  What I should I do?

Before the festival starts, send us an email to [email protected] providing the names of the ticket holders so we can update them in the system.
